Subject: digitizing news clippings collection From: Zheng Jessica Lu <zjlu@xxxxxxxxx> Date: Wed, 16 Dec 2009 12:04:59 -0800 |
We recently received an inquiry about donating a news clippings collection on Middle East to our library. We don't have the physical space for the collection, but thought digitizing it might be a solution. These are clippings of newspaper and magazine articles from 70s-90s, so most of them are under copyright. Would it be ok to digitize if we limit the access to our students and faculty, under fair use? Any input is appreciated. Thanks!
