We recently received an inquiry about donating a news clippings collection
on Middle East to our library. We don't have the physical space for the
collection, but thought digitizing it might be a solution. These are
clippings of newspaper and magazine articles from 70s-90s, so most of them
are under copyright. Would it be ok to digitize if we limit the access to
our students and faculty, under fair use? Any input is appreciated.

Thanks!

Jessica
