On March 26th,  a Higher Education Digital Video Summit was held to discuss
the present and future of digital video in higher education.

It was a productive meeting and the organizers (the "Gang of 7") wants to
follow through on the recommended steps for action.  Coincidentally other
initiatives were launched independently of the Summit and appear to address
two of the Next Steps identified in the Summit.  They are:
