As it happens, the gentleman in question, attorney Steven Lowe, will
headline a panel for the Beverly Hills Bar Association's Intellectual
Property/Internet/New Media section. I will be moderating that panel,
which is to say, I am familiar with his thesis. The other side of the
argument, of course, is that the reasons the studios have been winning
is that they have the law on their side. It should be an interesting
panel.
