Yes, there is. It requires the emplant to run (and, in truth (on my 25mhz 
040,) it is only full speed depending on what game you are running (i.e. 
star raiders runs faster than on a real atari 800. While Star Raiders II 
does not run at complete full speed, and has some glitches. But it does 
run many games at FULL speed, or faster.) I got it mailed to me directly 
from Joe Fenton (He said his brother was responsible for it,) as 
compensation for all the problems I was having with Emplant.

Well, since the 2600 and 800 are very similar hardware beasts, it stands 
to reason that if an a4000 040 25mhz can emulate an atari 800 full speed, 
it could also emulate an atari 2600 full speed (And a C=64 for that matter,)
