 (An italian server?!)

 - since Chris himself didn't mention it. Congratulations to his
 programming effort!
In fact, it's not a port, but a great improvement... but still retaining
its 'classic' character. It even runs reasonably on a 386 (other than
the 2600 emulators). It's got many different mazes, one of them very
similar to the one of the original 2600 Pac-Man.

I didn't realize I had a mirror!

My page is http://members.aol.com/chrissalo

and from there to own_pac...

Befor a run on the game starts, perhaps I should update it to it's newest
version.
The version on the page is rather old. The new version uses a different sound
library, so you can get sound under windows.

And you can <if you want> use different pieces of music and samples for your
levels.

Tell me if anybody is interested, and I'll update the pages...
(The internet version is FREE, with source, not shareware anymore!)

Well, while we are doing advertisments, I also did a frogger for PC, it uses
the
(probably copyrighted sounds) of VCS Parker Frogger :-)!
(sound only under DOS).
This one too is not updated yet, I have by now a version with the yankee
doodle
mod :-)

Ah, again while we are at frogger... I also did recently a vectrex port for
that...
If you are into classics, you might want to check on that also ...

Chris

PS

I'm considering very strongly to do something for the VCS, but not yet
strongly
enough! I torn between a multi GUI game (win/mac/X) or VCS! Boy, what a
choice!
