The monitor cart hasn't been available for some time as far as I've found,
not does anyone have the docs posted anywhere. If one goes to:

on his 7800 page he has a mention of an official 7800 developers kit that
used to be available, however there is no longer an entry on the pricelist
that he links to.
So, I guess there are two sources of documentation, neither of which seem
to be available in electronic form, neither of which are available at this
point to me.
