[stella] Trick 18 sprite position

I've been playing around with adding support for the "multi-sprite" trick 
to Stella and I have a few questions.  So far I've been working with the
5 pixel delay theory which gives good results for extra18.bin, grid2.bin,
bue08s.bin, and trick.bin.  The only one that doesn't look right is
trick18.bin.  When I run trick18.bin on my 7800 I get sprites at the
following locations:

  9 27 34 43 50 59 70 79 86 95 106 115 122 131 142 151 158

As you can see I only get 17 sprites, however, one time I did end up
with 18...

So where does everyone else see these sprites?  If I change to a 4 pixel
delay theory then I get the spacing listed above for trick18.bin under
