Since you haven't specified what platform you're using, I'll assume
(as you probably have :) that you're using Win 95/98/NT - just go to:
Start->Programs->Accessories->Calculator then View->Scientific.
You can choose between 4 bases with the radio buttons in the top left
corner of the keypad.
