Ultraedit already has a file that recognizes 6502 asm.  I don't use it when
I'm mactari-ing, but I've use it at work every day (quite literally) and had
to check for the 6502 syntax highlighting during one of my "smoke breaks".

Don't know that I'd call it an "IDE" exactly, but it's right close to
perfect for programming script and asm.
