[stella] pcae 2.5 is out.

I don't know if anybody else knew this but the new version of PCAE
is out(pcae2.5 and Pcaewin2.5) most of the bugs are fixed in this version
plus john added a feature that you could save a game screen as an avi movie
file(no sound though just the action from the game)
