[stella] Thrust kernel (part 1/2)

Hi,
attached you find the long promised source of part one
of my Thrust kernel. Thrust has two kernels, number one
is for the bullets and number two for the wire between
ship and pod. This is part one.

I changed all German comments into English and added
some new ones. There aren't very many comments, Andrew
does this a lot better, but I hope you still can
understand my source.
If you have any questions, please ask.

I hope I'll soon be ready to send part two.
