Unfortunately it is with the current windows version.
I think in the updates list of it it says somewhere
that the CPU core of PCAE was replaced recently,
so I think that this introduced the buggy behaviour.
Even though any code written should work on the real
thing as intended, I decided to adapt my source-code
to run on the buggy PCAE as well.
Didn't hurt too much in my case...
