[stella] Starfield + Crosshair

Hi there!

I worked a bit further on the starfield. I spent most of 
the time tweaking the starfield to fit my purposes and 
to provide a proper kernel. Then I decided to add a 
crosshair.

Now I'm very low on cycles already, having almost 
consumed 1 1/2 of my 2 scannlines. 

Oh-oh... ;-)
