Some weeks ago i've used a 32in1-card for this. Follow the link in 
my signature to my VCS-page. There are a lot of pictures about the
work. There's also a description how to use this PCB as
a 16gamesof4K-in-1 card.

I can second this, cutting the pins is the easiest way if you
 don't have the right tools.
