[stella] Berzerk Hack

Well here's the Berzerk hack I'm doing for the Midwest Classic. It plays "Mr. Roboto" by Styx while you play. This one was a lot harder than Combat Rock since I had to convert the game to 8k and had several memory and cycle problems. But I've played it quite a bit and it seems pretty solid. The source code is embarrassing in places, but I included it. :o)
