Okay, I've offered to do this before but never followed through.  However,
we have bandwidth to burn, so I'm willing to provide an easy place for
people to grab the entire VCD at once.  I can provide you with an ftp
account to upload the files, although it would be nice to provide one huge
file as well, for those with fast connections at home/work.

I think the best way to accomodate dial-up users would be to make a
lower-resolution version of the keynote, as it's going to take forever for
dial-up users to download 400+ MB.  If you don't have the means to do this,
I should be able to reduce it in size myself.
