If the cassette speed doesn't work for you, you should try setting the output of the WAV player to about 75% and then lower the Makewav volume setting until this speed works for you. A too high volume would also explain why you need to have different bit lengths for different games, since the Supercharger detects zeros and ones by how long the input staya over a certain level. The tracks on version 2 of the SganB CD were created with the slowest speed on Makewav. So if the CD works for you, the WAVs you created yourself with this program should work too.
