While rereading some old [stella] stuff I found this. I had 
completely forgotten that when I made my Missile Command Trak-
Ball hack, but it shows some foresight of Glenn. ;-)

BTW: One read per frame isn't enough by far. MCTB does more 
than 40 reads per frame.
