Hi,
I too think, that making a PAL60 version is probably the best
way. Maybe then it's also possible to include both variations
(NTSC/PAL60) into one cart.
Or (by adding some blank lines) even all three (.../PAL). You
must not do exactly 312 lines then. The Atari PAL library
ranges from ~284..342 (Acid Drop) lines, so ~300 should be
enough.
