Okay, I took a look at this on a real 2600 and I see some display problems.

It looks like it's not doing a consistent number of lines. Is it an NTSC binary?

The game looks like black and white sprites with a medium grey background and the visible screen seems to pulsate.

Also, the sprites have tearing problems on the last line that they are supposed to show up. The crossover is at around the middle of the screen.
