[stella] Climber 5 source code

Hi all,

In the tradition of [stella] here is the final source code for Climber 5. I'm so glad this is done because now I can get on with other things (like finishing transcribing Moonsweeper).

I've learned a lot during these great and frustrating 2 years. If it hadn't been for the archives, code snipplets, and side help this would have never been finished.

I've commented a lot so hopefully my source can help somene else in their 2600 programming efforts.
