Doesn't seem like that big of a deal to move it.  If it's moving to a 
reliable server and the old archives are merged into the new archives, 
should all be cool.  Everything would be the same except the URL and email 
address.

The archive search was never properly fixed AFAIK.  The list was down for 
weeks recently.  Now two months of archives are missing.  Possibly emails 
are not going through.  We've had problems for a while now, and Biglist 
doesn't appear to have much interest in fixing them.  These kinds of 
problems take hours to fix, not weeks or months.
