Power device on ... static

Measured .14V at Vcc on the TIA.
Measured 5V at the 7805.
Removed TIA.
Measured 5V at Vcc pin on TIA socket.
Measured OSC, saw what looked like a DC biased sine wave.

Inserted new TIA.

Power device on ... black screen.
Measured phi0, looked ok.
Measured phi2, not much there.

Replaced 6507

Power device on ... static.

I think I've got multiple problems. =)
Probably caused by previous frob with FPGA dev board.
Ordered another 2600 via ebay, will try again later... =)
