1) What if you have both fireball and invinciblity in your "spellbook"?

I'm guessing that doesn't happen very often. But if it does, activating the spell should just use the last spell you received. This is how it works in Super Monkey Ball minigames and I don't think it would detract from the game. I'd trade the ability to select spells for being able to play the game with one joystick.
