Crazy Balloon - Half Time!

Hi there!

Well, maybe not really half time of the project, but almost exactly 2K ROM 
are used now :-)

Changes since last [Stella] version:

- Added a title screen
- Added the other 3 basic level layouts of the arcade
  (Skip through them with SELECT)
- Added the second sprite into the kernel

Well, next task would be adding moving spikes, unfortunately there's only 
10 cycles left in the kernel... hm...
