I've run out of cycles in the OneScanline macro (see previous attachment).
To get two copies of P0, I need to hit RESP0 once early in the line and
again late in the line, as well as setting up new values for NUSIZ0 and
GRP0.  Anything I add before setting up PF0 for the second half of the
scanline delays it too long.
