This seems to implement a black-box where you duplicate results in as little 
space as possible, but in a kernel you need certain things to happen at 
certain times, greatly complicating matters.

But this idea looks promising for optimizing short routines, like with 
saving a few bytes in a minigame (something that interests me, obviously.)  
Google found versions for modern processors, but not 6502.  Does anyone know 
if there a 6502 version out there?
