The stella.pro I have lists 14 roms which use "3F".
They're all tigervision, and all but one are 8K.
The remaining one is 4K, and is a bad dump of Miner 2049er.

That said, I seem to recall some recent homebrews used 3F > 8K

Sure enough, Dancing Baby is 3F, 32K
