z26 version 2.13 doesn't support 3E bankswitching. The version in
the CVS repository does (-g14), but it's a bit buggy. I have since
then ported the bankswitching code to C, which seems to have fixed
the problems. I guess I need to figure out how to replace the ASM
code with C code in the CVS repository now. ;-)
