[Virtools] alpha problem

well...i deleted the objects with the problem then reimported them, now it
works..hmm....???

Trying to use Nemo (can I say Nemo?)
on a Win98 computer with an ATI Rage graphics card.

Running the demo with Lili in the office...

When I turn her around, and move her, using the number pad keys (keyboard
controller),
there is a lag before she responds to the key press,
and she continues to move after the key has been released.

Changing repeat and delay settings on the keyboard thru the control panel
appears to make no difference.

Tried an alternate keyboard,
but that didn't make any difference either.

We had the option of using a Trident video card on the same machine,
but Nemo appeared to hang (and lock the machine) on launching,
with that card.

Had tried to get to the website to look at video card specs,
but the old website is closed out,
and the new one isn't running yet.

Anybody have this problem (key lag)
and find an answer for it?
