[Virtools] Floor detection problem



I'm making a testcreation, a game like the good old Mission Elevator 
known on the atari an C64.
Now My big problem is, if my character moves into an elevator, he don't 
choose the elevator as floor, he jump up to the next upper floor. I've 
changed all relevant parameters, but I can't eliminate that error.
Can someone help me??

p.s: the character is an Biped out of 3DSMAX.
