[Virtools] New HTML tags for embeding CMOs

The availability of the new Player is just to inform those of you
experiencing problems viewing CMOs under Netscape that the bug has been
corrected...

BUT this is a good time to address the HTML TAG changes that are now
applicable for all CMOs embedded in web pages. Basically the installation
test URLs have changed to reflect the new website's directory structure.
Here it is:

NOTE:
- www.virtools.com and www.next-url.com are identical, so please use
www.virtools.com since we are essentially using it as our primary address
from now on.
- If you need further explanations on the tags, such as what parts are for
Explorer and Netscape, please refer to the ActiveX documentation that comes
with Creation or Dev.
