[Virtools] DEV SE Questions.

Whoops, I forgot to ask one more question about upgrading to DEV SE.
 
In addition to knowing about the upgrade possibilities beyond SE, I'm would like to know if you can create a stand-alone EXE using SE or if (like Creation) you can only make files that have to be viewed through the player.
