As a user who is considering upgrading to SE I feel I must object to SE being
lumped in with cracked and evaluation versions and therefore not deserving the
same level of support.  I did not miss your point Richard and in fact agree with
it (which is why I suggested unlimited support for users who provide a valid
registration number).  But Creation/SE users have also paid good money for the
software and are supporting Virtools just as DEV users are.  Their learning
curve (less the SDK of course) is also very steep and they deserve equal
support.

Once again, just my $0.02.
