[Virtools] Token System

I think you realise that this is NOT the ONLY way, but just the way you have
chosen.  I am an experienced 3D developer with many years of producing
Virtual Reality applications (rather than games).  I have migrated to
Virtools after a long period of research as I thought it was the best
product around.  The learning curve for Dev ,however, is very steep.  I have
invested a great deal of money in Virtools (we are a samll potatoe but
require good software and will pay for it) but I still feel having purchased
the full version of Dev we are entitled to good support, even if sometimes
we have not studied, first the manual then the FAQs then re read all the
historical messages in the swapmeet.


I realise you do not wish to devopte all your support resources to people
with cracked copies, evaluation or SE versions. I feel that for those of us
who have invested in Virtools Dev, by learning to use the software we are
making a significant investment in your company, therefore helping us to get
up to speed with the software will result shared success.  Why not offer
unlimited support to uses of Dev, and limit the support to those with
evaluation versions?.
