[Virtools] LoadString loads whole file at once

Hello all,
does anybody know of a fix for the fact that the LoadString bb loads a 
whole (ascii) file all at once instead of reading it one line at a time ?

Or maybe some way to parse the resulting string... I have no idea how to 
tell dev to split the string at the line-feeds (how do you specify them ?).
