Re: [Virtools] Switching off the lights



Another suggestion :-)

Make the light rig that you want to control into a dynamic object.  Then,
when you want to have lights, use a Create Object BB to instantiate the
light.  When you want to shut the light off, activate an Object Delete BB.

I just tried it out... works like a charm.

If you want this to be driven by your current Place then you can use a
Collection Iterator BB on the pOut of the Portal Management BB to retrieve
your current Place.  If I remember right, the first Place returned is your
current place, followed by the places that can be seen. So, if that *is*
true, then just take the first element in the collection and run :-)
