[Virtools] FYI - Accessing the Support Site

Hello everyone!
 
I just wanted to let you know that I've had to increase the security of the list to exclude non-members, thereby getting rid of spammers like our Chinese lamp merchant..... This means that if you post from an email account that is not the official name you registered, your message will be bounced to a holding pen, where it will stay for long long time.... I say this since I've noticed at least two bounces today.
 
I also wanted to give you an update since most of you are old time users, :) and already have logged in to the Support Center. We are experiencing SQL errors that occur when new accounts are created, but existing accounts function without a hitch. We hope to resolve the problem ASAP, but if you really need to consult the FAQs, download the exporters or send an email to Mr. Tech Support, you can use the backdoor to login:
