[Virtools] Good looking text

Hello all 

I want to open a text file, then take the text from it and put it into a
defined window over a virtools composition.  I can open the text file create
the font show the text, but I cannot get it to wrap or to fit nicely into a
predefined window.

Can anyone give me any help.
