Hi,
Detach the head from your character, parent it to your neck bone, and do
seperate morphs on the head bodypart mesh.the use skin join BB to re-attach
the head vertices to the neck vertices( be sure to initiate the bb at a
neutral position in which the vertices are in te same spot)..
I've not tried it but i assume this would be the easiest route to take when
doing such character animation + facial aniamtion.
