To create a new data resource, select "Resources/Create new data resource"
from the pulldown menu.
A new directory structure will be created.
Then store all your textures in the textures directory.
Now if you want to load a cmo file that was saved with external textures,
you must have the corresponding data resource open in Dev ! An other method
to tell Dev where to find the textures is to use the path manager (pulldown
menu "Editors/Path Manager").
