I have the following XML:

<PROJECT  name="&#226;&#235;&#237;&#244;&#252;"/>

When I use XSL to convert to HTML, the value of @name using value-of
shows in HTML as:

which is what I want. However, if I use value-of inside an <xsl:attribute>
like this:

<input type="text">
<xsl:attribute name="value">
<xsl:value-of select"PROJECT/@name"/>

it outputs the following characters to the HTML:

This happens in the same template, so I am getting two different output
results for the same attribute. Any suggestions? (I'm using JRUN for the
server and XERCES and XALAN for transformation)
