Subject: [xsl] International Characters in attributes From: "Michael Storm" <Mstorm@xxxxxxxx> Date: Fri, 9 Feb 2001 09:58:14 -0800 |
Hello, I have the following XML: <PROJECT name="âëíôü"/> When I use XSL to convert to HTML, the value of @name using value-of shows in HTML as: âëíôü which is what I want. However, if I use value-of inside an <xsl:attribute> like this: <input type="text"> <xsl:attribute name="value"> <xsl:value-of select"PROJECT/@name"/> </xsl:attribute> </input> it outputs the following characters to the HTML: âëÃôü This happens in the same template, so I am getting two different output results for the same attribute. Any suggestions? (I'm using JRUN for the server and XERCES and XALAN for transformation) Thanks Michael XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
