EBProvider has a product named XSLWiz which
"allows users to visually map XML documents
conforming to one schema to another schema.
Once the mapping is done, it generates XSLT
script. The generated XSLT script can be used
to transform any XML document conforming to
the first schema to generate the corresponding
XML document conforming to the target schema."
