Subject: Re: Schemas in XSLT 2.0 (Was: Re: [xsl] keys and idrefs - XSLT2 request?) From: Mark Nahabedian <naha@xxxxxxxxxx> Date: Mon, 15 Oct 2001 18:26:54 -0400 |
Perhaps it's just the Lisp programmer in me but the metacircularity asthetic seems to me to suggest that one should be able to write an XSLT transformation which can validate a document against a schema. If one can't then the language is either insufficiently powerful or has be fettered or crippled in some inappropriate way. XSL-List info and archive: http://www.mulberrytech.com/xsl/xsl-list
