It's more usual to write empty elements as
<xsl:value-of select="Group"/>

Your notation is perfectly legal, just rather verbose.

>    <xsl:value-of select="Draw"></xsl:value-of> \
>    <xsl:value-of select="Folder"></xsl:value-of> \
