Not "good" to to our high standards but http://www.renderx.com/Demos/fo2html/xml.fo.html is actually valid HTML+CSS1 which is more than can be said for 90% of the pages out there. Anyway if you do it client side, in the browser, this is essentialy an implemenation of FO in the browser, in which case it doesn't really matter much what the HTML's like it's just some internal rendering spec.
