Almost there... you need document("../Inlude/Strings.xml")

Thank you. Found that I tried that solution as the first one. What I need is some intensive course in spelling:
Not: document('../Inlude/Strings.xml')
but: document('../Include/Strings.xml')

So it works as it should.
