You need to use attribute value templates (AVTs) here.  An AVT (denoted by
curly braces, {}) inserts the result of an XPath expression into the value
of an attribute in a result element:

<a href="javascript:ShowCCF({CcfNumber})"><xsl:value-of

AVTs can also contain XSLT variables:

<xsl:variable name="someNum" select="CcfNumber"/>
<a href="javascript:ShowCCF({$someNum})"><xsl:value-of
