You will have better luck finding lists that discuss particular schema languages, where more wide-ranging discussions of grammar and validation regiments may also appear.

For this, Google is definitely your friend.

In particular, you probably want to look for

XML-schema-dev (W3C XML Schema)
relaxng-user (Relax NG)
XML-dev (XML developers)
