RE: [xsl] % in xslt printing as ?

I'm trying to pass a variable to my xsl processor as well, but I don't
know how to recive it in the XSL.
What xsl command do I use? Or how do you get this?

I am passing a string to XSLT as a parameter which has "%" when but it's
printing as "?" any idea?
